An important aspect of TriVista Engineering’s service is the knowledge and experience gained from many years of product development. This underpins the advanced engineering analysis capabilities to ensure that we provide solutions of genuine commercial benefit to our clients.
It also enables a wide range of service, from basic engineering design through to state of the art three-dimensional analysis, whichever is most appropriate to the client’s needs.
TriVista use most up to date 3D CAD Design software to design simple component to complex 3D assemblies. Fast and effective interfacing with our FEA and CFD tools enables rapid design iterations for exploring what-if scenarios and achieving design optimisation. Visualisation tools such as animations and exploded views are powerful techniques used to enhance understanding and communication.
3D design incorporated with engineering analysis (FEA and CFD) give engineers and designers opportunity to evaluate, test and improve designs in a virtual environment (virtual prototyping) . This process has great benefit in reducing product development time and achieving optimised product design.
Motion analysis is also a powerful design tool for some machine design to evaluate the dynamics effect of the movement of the system, such as reaction forces, acceleration, etc.
TriVista’s engineers have many years’ experience in design for prototype and batch manufacturing. We are familiar with various manufacturing methods such as machining, casting, forming and injection moulding etc. Manufacture drawing and engineering drawing can be generated with suitable manufacturing requirements being specified for production.
The engineers in TriVista have worked on various design projects. The areas we are particular familiar with are:
Where appropriate, we are also able to sub-contract and manage prototype manufacture on behalf of clients.
