Visualisation tools such as animations and exploded views are powerful techniques used to enhance understanding and communication.
3D design incorporated with engineering analysis (FEA and CFD) give engineers and designers opportunity to evaluate, test and improve designs in a virtual environment (virtual prototyping) . This process has great benefit in reducing product development time and achieving optimised product design.
Motion analysis is also a powerful design tool for some machine design to evaluate the dynamics effect of the movement of the system, such as reaction forces, acceleration, etc.

We are familiar with various manufacturing methods such as machining, casting, forming and injection moulding etc. Manufacture drawing and engineering drawing can be generated with suitable manufacturing requirements being specified for production.
