TriVista Engineering Director, Mr Xuefeng Wu, was invited to attend the Guangdong Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference in London on 14 June 2017 jointly organised by the China – Britain Business Council and British Chamber of commerce in China. Guangdong Province is in the southeast of China Mainland and is now the strongest province in China with a GDP on 2016 of 1.1 trillion US Dollars and growth rate of 7.5%. The Party Secretary of Guangdong province, Mr Hu Chunhua, was leading a delegation of official and business representatives at this conference looking to meet with UK companies to discuss investment and cooperation opportunities. It was also attended by the Chinese ambassador to the UK (Mr Liu Xiaoming) and UK Director General for the UK Export Finance Department for International Trade, Mr Louis Taylor. Mr Wu of TriVista said there was an impressive presentation of Guangdong’s economic growth, openness and pioneering spirit. TriVista has two current manufacturing projects in Guangdong Province and we expect the links with this province will continue to grow stronger.
